Editing Ghoul (creature)

Ghouls are bi-pedal, hostile [[creatures]] that lurk in bunker biomes. They can be heard through walls, making gurgling sounds and shuffling around mindlessly or stay hunched in place until encountered by the player. They will proceed to lunge at the player before latching onto them and causing a swift death after approximately 5 seconds. It is unknown how to counter ghouls once latched. In some cases, when aggravated they have a similar scream attack to the [[Screamer (creature)]]. Once they scream, ghouls will either swing with their neck at the player or disappear entirely; the player screen blackens and when the player regains vision, the ghoul will have latched onto either the player or the player's friends. Shortly after whoever it is attached to will die. It is currently unknown how to counter the scream attack. They can be killed quite easily with high-tier loot such as the [[Saiga-12]] or the [[AK-74]]. They do not drop any items when killed.
