The '''Technician''' is a vendor located in [[Sirzez]]. He can be found through a doorway across from the [[Junk Dealer]] in his workshop. He specialises in buying and restoring broken guns.

The Technician offers the service of restoring broken guns in exchange for various crafting items and [[Rubles]]. He will also purchase any unwanted broken guns from the player for Rubles.

The Technician is also the only use-case for broken guns & gun parts, as they exist solely to be utilised in his repair services.
