The Technician offers the service of restoring broken guns in exchange for various crafting items and Rubles. He will also purchase any unwanted broken guns from the player for Rubles.
The Technician is also the only use-case for broken guns & gun parts, as they exist solely to be utilised in his repair services.

Items listed in Buy can be exchanged from the vendor after possessing the necessary crafting components. Items listed in Sell can be sold to the vendor for Rubles.
